S.C. Lab draws form Shuangxi Tea Garden's fourth-generation roots to showcase rich tea culture with a refreshing fizz. Using hand-picked leaves from a small North Taiwan farm, the tea is withered, oxidized, and roasted in-house, then cold brewed in a closed-loop system.
